Working Student in Consulting (f/m/d)

We are looking for a remote working student based in Germany or Austria.

What will you do?

As a Working Student in Business Process Management, you will be: 

  • Pursuing a relevant university degree, such as Business Administration, Management, or a related field. You will have the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge gained in your studies to real-world business challenges.

  • Initiated in Business Consulting: Display a strong interest in the field of business consulting, with a desire to learn and grow within the consultancy industry. This role offers valuable hands-on experience that can jumpstart your career in business consulting.

  • A Team Player: Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of consultants and support staff. Contribute to project discussions, brainstorming sessions, and the development of innovative solutions. Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.

  • Receptive: Be open to new ideas, feedback, and learning opportunities. You will work closely with experienced professionals, so your ability to absorb information and adapt to changing situations is crucial.

  • Engaged: Take an active role in consultancy projects, assisting in data analysis, research, and client interactions. Show enthusiasm for solving complex business challenges and making a positive impact.

  • Fluent in German and English: Demonstrate proficiency in both German and English, as you will be required to communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders in both languages.

  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

  • Showing strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
