Every Business Transformation requires a strategy and, to operationalise it, a clear set of objectives. Failing to break these down into a set of guardrails and metrics which can be put into context with the deliverables of the initiative creates significant risks for the transformation success.
In our process-centric approach, this is facilitated by mapping the respective strategic element to an End-to-End or functional context within the process framework.
We use 3 different frameworks, each having it’s use case, to map strategic context:

SAP Business and Solution Capabilities, and Best Practices specifically for SAP-related Use-Cases
