Trainee Competence Center Enterprise Management (f/m/d)

What will you do?

The trainee program offers you a structured development path to become a Business Consultant in Finance & Controlling. You will participate in a combination of internal and external trainings and assignments to consulting projects. This approach transfers and fosters a broad understanding of consulting topics around Business Transformation Management such as finance process analysis, design, and implementation with focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. You will obtain well rounded insights on project and portfolio management processes, methods and technologies used for Business Transformation, and have the opportunity to apply the project management methodologies and micro skills you learn while working in customer projects.

Program Curriculum (approx. 2 years)

Your profile

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics or Business Studies

  • Proven strengths in working independently on conceptual and methodological tasks

  • Collaborative working approach, engaging stakeholders at the operational and management levels

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Very good command of spoken and written English (German is an advantage)

  • Some exposure to BPM experience is an advantage

  • Some exposure in related areas (Finance, Controlling, Accounting) is an advantage

  • Some ERP system knowledge is an advantage

  • Industry experience within manufacturing, distribution, retail or similar industries is a plus

  • You enjoy and are available to travel
