Stefan has more than 15 years of experience in project and portfolio management, process design and optimization as well as requirements engineering in strategic and operative supply chain and procurement projects.
Since his computer science studies in cooperation with Siemens, Stefan has worked as a consultant with some of Germany’s large logistics providers and energy suppliers. He has also extensive experience in production, distribution, procurement and purchasing in the chemical industry.
Stefan has been working as a consultant for bpExperts since 2018. He is actively engaged in planning and implementing business transformation initiatives. As a project manager he places emphasis on cross-departmental communication, stakeholder involvement, and project team enablement. He designs pragmatic yet strategy-oriented solutions in his assignments as process manager. For some of our clients he also holds the role of account manager to ensure successful long-term partnerships and coordinate our advisory activities.
Internally, Stefan is co-leading our competence center transformation management, developing our consulting methodologies around project, change and process management.
