What will you do?

As a member of our Competence Center Project Management you are responsible for the execution and delivery of projects, supporting our customers operationally in all aspects of professional project and program management. You will contribute with your experience to the further development of the Competence Center and bpExperts methodology and solution approach and corresponding application scenarios.

You are responsible for maintaining a forward-looking view of the project to understand any upcoming risks, issues, resourcing complications and stakeholder matters. Issue management and resolution along with stakeholder management are the key elements of your role. Your genuine interest in the customer’s business processes and project objectives enables you to understand and manage issues and bring them to the attention of the relevant individuals, ensuring that the appropriate discussions are happening in the proper forums.

Key tasks include coordination of resources, consolidating and monitoring budgets, preparing status reports, supporting project teams in terms of project documents, formalities and standards, and reviewing the quality of project documentation and its correct filing.

In line with your development goals, you will deepen and expand your industry and business and/or system methodical knowledge.

Your profile

  • Project management experience within financial/controlling roles or experience with Supply Chain Management topics

  • Experience in international/multicultural environment

  • Experience within regulated industries and within a validated systems environment is a plus

  • Track record in managing complex projects that include multiple workstreams/stakeholder groups

  • Ability to establish and promote an effective project governance structure

  • Prior experience working with offshore vendors is preferred

  • Strong sense of accountability, dedication and rigor and the willingness to push through challenges and difficulties

  • Collaborative working approach, engaging stakeholders at the operational and management levels

  • Experience in working in a remote setting with virtual teams

  • Expertise in financial management of projects and demonstrated track records of efficiently managing a project within budget

  • Demonstrable strengths in independent conceptual and methodological work

  • Very good command of spoken and written English

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • You have the necessary willingness to travel, also internationally
